Neste projeto coloquei que tinha disponível para gastar apenas US$ 35,00. Por ser um projeto simples no qual imaginava que muitas pessoas já tivessem os códigos prontos, escolhi estes valores para ver quais as propostas iria receber.

I have an app for android and need some extra features.
I'll add these features by myself. But I need someone to create them.
1) I need one or more ativity and classes that enable the creation of a list with contacts, groups and numbers with the following characteristics:
a) Add a new contact to list;
b) Allow the inclusion of a telephone number to the list;
c) allow the inclusion of a contact group name to the list;
d) In additions, the system should warn when adding a contact, phone number or existing group.
e) Allow the removal of the list: a group name, contact, phone contact;
f) The list must be recorded on the phone of the person (eg, shared preferences).
2) I need a function or class that given a phone number that return information if the number exists or not in this list.
a) would return the number of occurrences;
b) must allow search exactly or only the final number;
c) given a number, it should search the existence of these numbers in the contact and the contact list.
3) It should create a way to test these features.
4) The code should be commented in Portuguese or English.
5) The code should not use functions or classes of third parties, originally only available in the android SDK.
Fiquei em dúvida entre três proponentes e acabei escolhendo o de valor mais baixo e que não solicitava nenhum adiantamento, ou milestone. O usuário em questão não tinha nenhuma qualificação no site, mas como não tinha nada a perder, além do tempo de ter que escolher um segundo vencedor, optei por dar uma chance deste usuário também conseguir alguma qualificação no site.I have an app for android and need some extra features.

O prazo de 3 dias já passou ha um bom tempo, mas a comunicação com o vencedor está indo bem, através de mensagens pelo site.
Assim que o resultado estiver pronto, posto aqui minhas impressões sobre a experiência. Outra coisa, assim que escolhi um vencedor para o projeto, o site me cobrou US$ 3,00.
